We drove a half hour from where we're staying to come shopping. Quite a few stores to choose from, and pretty darn clean everywhere from what we can see. Were planning on coming back tomorrow when we have more time to check out the rest of the stores since they close earlier 8pm.

Brings the 80's mall rather vibe back. Love the carousel. Food court is great and the gyro was excellent.

Awesome mall?!! I was heading home from a TOOL concert in Louisville the night before. And took the bowling Green exit to get gas and explored a little bit and I still cant believe how awesome that whole town is . Didn't expect to find a real fully functioning mall let alone an Erath bound trading company , a record/ music shop and probably the nicest dunams sports I've ever seen. If it seems weird that I'm making a long crazy comment about a mall you need to realize my viewpoint is one of somebody who lives in an area and travels around a lot and sees that most of these are completely empty now or have been knocked down completely am 40. people my age grew up during the last Heydays malls were just not a place to go buy stuff it's where people got there music hung out with there friends met there boyfriends , girlfriends got there 1st job played video games got there 1st gaming console went to the movies , or something as simple as going for a walk to get out of the house when it was raining for long stretches . People spent a lot of time with there family's in malls in the 80s and 90s . Now you see elderly people walking threwout them In the early mornings if there still opened that's not just for exercise that's to feel closer to those memories.

The malls in general were already under problem and COVID pandemic shattered the brick and mortar retail sector as people moved much of their shopping online. But not all malls are dead quite yet like Greenwood mall. People have re-entered the world now and enjoying in-person, outdoor shopping experience in the Greenwood mall. The mall is serving the community by creating the family-friendly areas like play area for the kids and carousel and some cool battery operated rides which is actually attracting and drawing in the “customers” who have in fact come to entertain their children. I don’t live in Bowling Green but I regularly come with my grandkids here in this mall at least twice in the month and they love spending their time and play with other kids. I think the dying malls can be saved by children’s play areas and more family space. I love to watch the kids playing on the padded carpet and cute little slide. When it’s too cool or wet outside, the mall is lifesaver. This helps the kids to burn off some energy and parents or grandparents can have little bit of respite. Nice little food court is another attraction and smells good when the kids are playing around. It looks like two stores in the food court are closed and hopefully some new food variety comes in near future. The other stores in the mall are relatively small and have limited options to some extent, but that’s understandable because big operations may be too expensive for them. Overall the mall is clean and very well maintained.

This mall is super dead on a Saturday morning, and nothing opens until 11 which is surprising for a weekend. I can remember when malls were packed all day, but that was a while back. There’s a small food court and more stores than you would think exist there - nothing looked like it was closing down. Seemed more like an indoor walkers club than a mall.

A truly stocked mall, I went from mall rat penny pinching to dropping well over 100$ randomly. The atmosphere is beautiful, every store you could want is in this mall, they got a excellent food court, and chill security. Then they keep staffed with friendly staff in all their stores! If you wanted to get all your Christmas gifts in one mall, they got you covered!

Greenwood mall has a lot to offer to its visitors. Whether you are shopping for yourself or others, you will find an assortment of different stores to visit. From clothing, sports supplies, video games, jewelry, and music and much more. From children to adults, and everyone in between, you can likely find it in Greenwood mall. There is a food court with several different options to choose from, and a section for those who want to sit down to eat as you take a break from your shopping. There is also a playground in the vicinity of the food court as well as a number of children’s carts for the kids to ride around on as you shop. The only real complaint I have is that the prices are on the higher end, though this being a mall, it is to be expected. Overall Greenwood mall is a nice place to drop in and spend the day shopping. From window shopping to buying out the store, or just looking for a place to walk around and get your steps in, Greenwood mall is a good choice.

When other malls are loosing tenants, closing anchors, and generally becoming rundown, Greenwood Mall has maintained a near capacity occupancy. The mall has been updated, the courts are lit well, the stores are fresh and clean. The atmosphere is one of success and activity. Congratulations Bowling Green, the retail hub, including the enclosed mall, is vibrant. The traffic around the mall is a little congested, but the parking lot is large and parking is convenient.

I have always loved the Greenwood mall. It smells amazing ,it has a bunch of different fun stores and really cool products, and it has had the same gorgeous carousel inside the entrance that i have loved since childhood. Looking at it and being there brings alot of good memories out.also if you haven't tried it then please try out the gyro pplace in the food court,it's their best food.i have eaten there quite a bit.
